The Magical Kingdom

We spent four days enjoying Disneyland with our kids last week.  We had the best time together.  They are at perfect ages to enjoy the park- 10, 8 and 4.  We stayed at a fabulous hotel right next to the park.  We felt so spoiled.  Rick and I finally understand why people love Disneyland.  You just have to do it the 'right' way.  When our kids were tired, we'd go back to the hotel.  We loved the beautiful pool.  I loved the pool side service, "...yes, I'd like a steak sandwich and a steak sandwich.  Charge it to the Underhill's."  The kids loved the water slide and the hot tubs.  It really was a "magical vacation."

Love the leg cross

The Lego Store

Tatum was so excited to spend some of her own money she earned from doing her art camp this summer.
She found this handmade backpack and loved it.

End of day one.  Exhausted.
Space Mountain.  Sage really was tall enough.  She actually loved it.

Tatum, Seth and little Sage all rode the Tower of Terror!  I didn't even want to do that one, but I had to... for the kids.  I wish we would have bought the picture.  Sage's faced was sheer terror, while Rick and I were both smiling.  We're the best parents.
Big Thunder Mountain

End of day two.  Sage didn't make it through dinner.

Sage was thrilled to run into her friend Kennedy at Disneyland.  So cute.
The Meltdown, or the laugh that turns into a cry.
Dole Pineapple Whips, Yummy.

Splash Mountain

The kids loved their Mickey Mouse Waffles at the Story Teller's Cafe.
Sage loved Ariel's merry-go-round.  Rick and I took turns with her and riding our favorite roller coaster, California Screamin', with Tatum and Seth.

On our way home!  Great memories.

You guys are the best parents. We need to do that so we can understand the disneyland hoopla. Wasn't that rainy day in February so fabulous kids? I think staying and doing more days is the trick. You have the picture perfect family.
