Sally, Whitney and I went mountain biking up American Fork Canyon yesterday.
The scenery was breathtaking. I can't believe this is our backyard.

After the first climb on loose dirt with plenty of large rocks all over the trail, (not my favorite), Sally and Whit wanted to take pictures. This picture makes me laugh because I couldn't even fake a smile. "I got better!" |

I am sooooo glad I didn't go on that ride. I would have died.
Wish I was there. It looks so beautiful and with the best of company! I bought that book "I was so mad" for Tyler...haha...and a little bit for me.
